Lanesville Lyceum

An occasional forum where members and friends can share their interests, projects, gifts and avocation with the rest of the Body of Christ to encourage, strengthen and inform.

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might... (Ecclesiastes 9:10)

Lanesville Lyceum is an opportunity for people to step out of their usual role and to bless the body by expanding knowledge and ministry horizons.

Past Lyceums have included a talk by Bruce Herman on Art and Christianity, Jock Baird, Battles, Generals, and Faith in the Civil War, Floyd Grace shared slides and talk of an Archaeological Tour of the Holy Land. There have also been a discussion on Women's Lib and the Church, Native American Sovereignty, A Christian Response to Homosexuality and the Welsh Revival of 1902.
